The Breathwork Healing Session, also known as the Joy of Breathing, is an event hosted by Soul Dimension. It is designed to make participants feel more vibrantly alive and consciously connected with their inner healer. The event includes a 75-minute online live session where participants are safely and gently guided to explore, feel, and connect to deeper layers of their body, emotions, and consciousness. The journey promises to be profoundly healing, deeply relaxing, and transformative.
The Joy of Breathing technique has been developed by Sylvie, who has over 30 years of experience in practicing and teaching a wide scope of breathwork and pranayama techniques. Her technique is a blend of modern scientific discoveries in breathwork and ancient yogic wisdom. It is designed to be simple and powerful, with participants expected to see benefits from the very first session.

Sylvie, the creator of the Joy of Breathing, has been guiding spiritual seekers for over 30 years with the self-transformative teachings of yoga, pranayama, breathwork, and meditation. She aims to guide participants towards self-empowerment and self-awakening, helping them experience their truest self, from the physical to the soul dimension.
