About This Event
The event titled “How to Embody the INNER WORK Instead of Just Processing It” is a free, immersive workshop designed to help individuals embody their inner work and break the cycle of old patterns, aligning with an authentic, soul-filled life. The workshop is intended for spiritual seekers, therapists, coaches, or facilitators who are passionate about personal and professional growth.
The workshop aims to help participants integrate and embody their knowledge in a way that aligns with the life they envision. It is particularly beneficial for those who have had profound experiences with breathwork or somatic experiences and are curious to learn more about using these tools for lasting transformation.
The workshop promises a deep sense of liberation from emotional pain or stuckness for those ready to take the courageous step of claiming full responsibility for the life they came here to live. The workshop is described as a process-rich experience, providing tools and methodologies, guiding participants through embodiment processes, and holding them in a sacred space to transform their wounded stories and suffering into growth and integrative healing.
The workshop is also designed to help participants avoid spiritual bypassing and become an embodied version of the wisdom they have to share. It encourages participants to listen to and trust the inherent knowledge in their body, to heal themselves so they can support others with integrity, and to slow down and embody deep presence for a deep sense of clarity and alignment with their inner authenticity and purpose.
The workshop uses a unique framework called “The TOSA Method”, which includes conscious breathwork, somatic inquiry, embodied presence, and sacred community. Participants are encouraged to bring their vulnerability and a deep desire for transformation.
The workshop is facilitated by Keli Carpenter, a Chopra Certified Transcendent Meditation Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator and Trainer, and Conscious Relationship, Parenting and Uncoupling Coach, and Briony Gunson, a Certified Mindset Coach with the Proctor Gallagher Institute, a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator and Mentor, and a Beanddo Meditation Teacher.
